Overview
The Oriente Antioqueño is the green, cool highland region east of Medellín, full of colonial villages, flower farms and waterfalls. This tour is the best way to see several of them in a single day without renting a car.
We visit El Retiro with its woodwork tradition, La Ceja and its cathedral, the Tequendamita waterfall, the historic centre of Rionegro with the Plaza de la Libertad, and Marinilla, one of the cradles of Colombian independence. A relaxed itinerary with plenty of photo stops, local food and countryside views.
